There are so many different ways to exercise and we understand this can be overwhelming.  It can also be difficult to know if your current workout schedule is actually going to get you results.  We help analyze your current workout routine and create a custom plan based on what you are already doing (i.e.. Peloton, Beachbody, IFIT, etc.).  We will tell you what to do and when, and give you advice on any change ups we recommend. In addition, you will get help with your diet. We will tell you how many calories you should be eating, and go a step further by telling you what those calories should be made up of.  If you aren’t sure if we work with your specific app, or classes, contact us at and we are happy to chat with you about it!

  • Consultation questionnaire to ensure we fully understand your lifestyle, diet, body type, fitness level, and goals
  • We will act as your virtual coach and create a plan for you based on the current workout membership you have access to (ie. Beachbody, Peloton, IFIT, Running)
  • Rotating workout schedule (30 days) to follow based on what your individual goals are
  • Custom meal guide outlining your recommended calories and macronutrients based on your body type, lifestyle, activity level and goals
  • Custom meal calendar with 30 days of healthy recipes to follow to accelerate your results
  • Habit coaching to help fine tune your diet and lifestyle
  • This plan is a one time set up, if you would like ongoing coaching along with this plan, we are happy to work with you to build something out specific for you!
