12 Week Postpartum Fitness Coaching
Our 12 week postpartum coaching plan is what you need to restrengthen your body and get back to working out after baby, all from the comfort of your home. During pregnancy your body goes through a major transformation. The idea of “getting your body back after baby”, or “losing your mummy tummy” can feel intimidating and daunting. Our coaching plan is designed to help you feel strong and confident and get back to all the activities you love without the pressure of unrealistic expectations.
The workouts will focus on getting stronger which will allow you to tone lost muscle, relieve aches and pains, improve core and pelvic floor function and promote postpartum weight-loss (if desired). Our program is accessible for all levels (once cleared by your doctor) and progressive so that you will see and feel visible results over your 12 weeks.
During week 1-8 of the program you will receive 2 full body workouts and a follow along full body barre workout for a total of 3 workouts per week. In weeks 9-12 you will receive an additional workout (3 full body and 1 follow along barre workout) for a total of 4 workouts per week. Each workout will include warm up and stretch routines and can be completed in 30 minutes or less. You will also receive motivation and education each week to help you on your healing journey and nutrition guidance to make sure you are fueling your body in order to reach your goals. There is no quick fix to “get your body back” after baby, but our postpartum fitness program will help you achieve a body that you can be proud of without fancy equipment or spending hours in the gym.
