Our program requires minimal equipment. We recommend a mini loop resistance band and light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells; however one set of dumbbells is ok.
No! This program is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or getting back into a routine. The workouts are structured to be simple, effective, and easy to follow so you can go at your own pace. The goal is to help you build consistency, gain strength, and feel confident in your body—no matter where you're starting from!
As long as you have been told by your provider that it is safe for you to begin an exercise program than YES! With this or any other exercise program, go slow and listen to your body. Remember your core and pelvic floor are healing and modify any exercise when needed. Be sure to check out THE BODY BACK METHOD: FOUNDATION if you have not taken the time to strengthen your core or pelvic floor yet.
