We’re Deanna and Joy, moms, fitness professionals, and the founders of Sculpt Daily. As moms ourselves, we understand how hard it can be to prioritize fitness while managing a busy household. We’ve been there—struggling to find the time, wondering where to start, and feeling frustrated with random workouts that don’t deliver results.

Who is this challenge for?

The Spring Into Summer Challenge is for moms of all fitness levels who want a simple, structured, and effective way to build strength, boost energy, and stay consistent. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, getting back on track, or tired of random workouts that don’t deliver results—this challenge is for you!

What is the time commitment for the program?

The course is laid out as an 8-week program. Each week you will have 3 programed full body strength workouts,  a cardio workout and mobility routine. The workouts are 20-30 minutes in length.

How will I access the program content?

Program content will be accessed through our exclusive app. You will receive access to the app a few days prior to the challenge, that will begin on April 28, 2025. 

What equipment do I need for the program?

Our program requires minimal equipment. We recommend a mini loop resistance band and light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells; however one set of dumbbells is ok.

What if I do workout classes? Can I still do the challenge?

Yes! The challenge is flexible and can complement your existing workout routine. If you already attend workout classes, you can incorporate the challenge workouts on your non-class days or swap them in as needed. The goal is to help you build consistency and strength in a way that fits your lifestyle!

What happens if I miss a workout?

Life happens, we totally get it! You are free to move workouts around in your calendar to suit your schedule. If you can't get to a workout, no worries, just get back to it when you can. Remember progress over perfection!

Do I need to be in shape to join?

No! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or getting back into a routine. The workouts are structured to be simple, effective, and easy to follow, with modifications available so you can go at your own pace. The goal is to help you build consistency, gain strength, and feel confident in your body—no matter where you're starting from!

Can I do the program if I am newly postpartum?

As long as you have been told by your provider that it is safe for you to begin an exercise program than YES! With this or any other exercise program, go slow and listen to your body. Remember your core and pelvic floor are healing and modify any exercise when needed. Be sure to check out THE BODY BACK METHOD: FOUNDATION if you have not taken the time to strengthen your core or pelvic floor yet.

Whether you're looking to get back on track or take your fitness to the next level, you'll still get incredible results!

How long will I have access to the program?

You will have access to the program a few days before the challenge starts on April 28th, 2025 and access will expire after the 8-week challenge concludes.

What is the refund policy?
