We specialize in keeping your body strong and fit during pregnancy, addressing postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, loss of muscle tone and weight loss, and developing sustainable home fitness plans. 

Why Sculpt Daily?

Sculpt Daily was born out of our own experience with fitness. We understand that moms want to be healthy and feel confident in their own skin, but it's easy to get stuck in the same workout routine and it's hard to get to the gym.

Our mission is to help women build a sustainable health and fitness plan so that they can live a more full and balanced life through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Fitness

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a crash diet. Our workouts are constantly changing and evolving so that you won't get bored and don’t need to worry about what comes next. We’ve got you covered. We will meet you at any level you may be and show you how to continuously advance. 

Nutrition

Standard nutrition plans provide you with food you would never actually eat, and calorie goals so unattainable and unhealthy that they end up damaging your metabolism. This ultimately leads to yo-yo dieting and the feeling of failure.  We teach you how to eat sustainably so that you can enjoy food, while fueling your body’s engine. 

Coaching

Your life is filled with positive and negative habits. You may not be aware of how these seemingly insignificant habits are affecting your mind and body. We will coach you on positive lifestyle choices you can make daily to increase your overall health and well being. This will make your results more long term.

We know you are a busy mom with a lot on your plate. That's why we offer different ways to work together to help on your fitness journey.  Our services include virtual one-on-one fitness coaching, independent training programs, and in-person training (for local clients near Bothell, WA).

THE BODY BACK METHOD: A 6-Week Postpartum Core and Pelvic Floor Fitness Program

Our 6-week program THE BODY BACK METHOD is designed to help you strengthen your abdominals, correct diastasis, and improve pelvic floor function post baby. Whether you have a newborn, or your children are grown, it is never too late to get stronger and improve any symptoms you may be experiencing.  Traditional core exercise programs can often do more harm than good. We will teach you how to properly engage your core in a way which will make you stronger, reduce your waist size, flatten your belly, all while strengthening your pelvic floor and reducing or preventing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction.
