Our Story
We started Sculpt Daily with moms in mind. As busy moms ourselves we know how easy it is to lose yourself in the endless "to dos". Getting to the gym, or frequent classes is difficult and it seems like workouts are the last thing on your mind. All the home workout programs seem to be short term and you are always left wondering what to do next. It's also so easy to keep doing the same type of workout or plan over and over again which leaves your results stagnant.
We created Sculpt Daily to take something off your plate. Now you don't have to think about what comes next, we have you covered with a variety of workouts that are constantly changing. Our goal is to give moms a one stop shop. Whether you want custom coaching tailored specifically to your goals, or a workout plan that you can just show up to without even thinking about it, we are here to help. We want to be with you through your whole prenatal and postpartum journey and beyond. Our workouts are designed to advance with you so that you are always progressing. Hi there! I'm Deanna, wife, mom of 3 (ages 13, 11 and 8), fitness enthusiast, and a dog mom to a spunky 5 year old Weimaraner who puts my running game to shame. I love to travel, and have a soft spot for tropical beaches and Napa. Did I mention that I love red wine? Life is all about balance and there is a good chance you will find me on the couch with a big red on a Friday night. I have a passion for helping busy moms find fitness solutions that promote long-term health and wellness. I hate fad diets, short-term plans that promise results that aren't maintainable, and unrealistic pressures placed on moms to look a certain way. I am a firm believer that fitness should be fun and rewarding. My mission is to help empower women and provide them with the tools they need to lead their best life.

Hey! I’m Joy, wife and mom to 3 little girls ages 5 and under, and our much loved 8 year old Weimaraner who thinks she is as much human as the rest of us! I love country music, being outdoors such as going on hikes, riding bikes (living in Seattle you learn to never waste a sunny day!) and being on the water! Lake or beach, I’ll take either! Health and Fitness has been a big part of my life for many years. Did I mention I am a huge fitness junky!? When it comes to exercise, I’ve pretty much tried it all; yoga, long-distance running, barre, Pilates, spin, circuit training, the list goes on! I believe when we take the time to honor our mind and body, we are able to better serve those around us and be the best version of ourselves. This is why I have a passion for helping moms. As moms we are constantly giving our time and energy to those around us, and let’s face it, that has a direct impact on our mood and self-esteem. My mission is to help moms by providing them with a sustainable health and fitness plan so that they can not only feel good about themselves, but also live a more full and balanced life!
