About Foundation Boost

Welcome to the Foundation Boost, the next level of The Body Back Method: Foundation program! This intermediate/advanced addition is designed to further enhance your core and pelvic floor strength as you move beyond the initial 6 weeks of the foundational program. The Foundation Boost includes 4 additional follow-along workouts that build on the strength and awareness you've already developed. Each 10-15 minute workout is designed to challenge your muscles, tone your tummy, and improve overall strength while continuing to support your pelvic floor health.

In this phase, we’ll guide you through more dynamic exercises that progressively overload your muscles to continue your journey toward long-term strength and recovery. These workouts are designed to keep you on track as you grow stronger, ensuring that you stay engaged and motivated. With the Foundation Boost, you’ll reinforce the habits you’ve built and take your fitness to the next level. Keep moving forward, and continue your transformation with just 10-15 minutes a day.

Who is this program for?

Our program is for anyone who has completed The Body Back Method: Foundation and is ready to advance past the bonus workout.

How long will I have access to the program?

You will have access to this program for the lifetime of the program.

What equipment do I need?

Ideally, you will need a pair of light or medium dumbbells and resistance loop for these workouts. 

I purchased The Body Back Method: Strong, can I do this program at the same time?

Absolutely! This program works great alongside The Body Back Method: Strong. You can do them at the same time. 

Is there a community or support group for participants?

Yes! We encourage you to join our private Facebook group Sculpting Strong Moms.

Can I repeat the program?

Absolutely! You may repeat the program as often as you like.

About sculptdaily

Deanna and Joy, the trainers behind Sculpt Daily, are passionate about helping moms. As moms themselves with six children between them, they understand what it takes to come back from the injury that is pregnancy and delivery. In addition to being NASM-certified personal trainers, they both hold certifications in Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise. They want to help women avoid complications that can stem from pregnancy and childbirth and teach them how enjoy any activity they love without worrying about pain, injury or pelvic floor dysfunction.
