Sculpt Daily was born out of our own experience with fitness. We understand that moms want to be healthy and feel confident in their own skin, but it's easy to get stuck in the same workout routine and it's hard to get to the gym.

Our mission is to help women build a sustainable health and fitness plan so that they can live a more full and balanced life. 


Fitness is a lifestyle, not an 8 week program. Our workouts are constantly changing and evolving so that you won't get bored and don’t need to worry about what comes next. We’ve got you covered. We will meet you at any level you may be and show you how to continuously advance. 


Standard nutrition plans provide you with food you would never actually eat, and calorie goals so unattainable and unhealthy that they end up damaging your metabolism. This ultimately leads to yo-yo dieting and the feeling of failure.  We teach you how to eat sustainably so that you can enjoy food, while fueling your body’s engine. 


Your life is filled with positive and negative habits. You may not be aware of how these seemingly insignificant habits are affecting your mind and body. We will coach you on positive lifestyle choices you can make daily to increase your overall health and well being. This will make your results more long term.

Correct Your Core and Pelvic Floor Online Course

Pregnancy and childbirth take a toll on your body. Your abdominals weaken, separate (this separation is known as diastasis recti) and stretch, your pelvic floor weakens, and your posture and breathing system change to accommodate the growing baby. If not corrected, these issues can create a host of problems in your body. Our course will teach you how to strengthen your body post-delivery so you can return to all the activities you love without pain, injury or leaking! This course is gentle enough for most to begin immediately postpartum!

8 Week Personalized Coaching Plan

With our 8 week Personalized Coaching Plan you will get everything you need to start your fitness journey off on the right foot, or amp up your current routine. You will receive 5 workouts per week that are all cohesively designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. You will also receive warm-up and stretch routines, a weekly mobility workout, along with coaching and accountability check-ins from us.  We will also work with you to design a custom nutrition plan that includes calorie and macronutrient guidelines to help you reach your goal. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or increase strength and performance we are here to ensure you reach your goals!

Custom Calorie and Macronutrient Calculator

Our custom guide will be based on your individual body composition, activity level, age, workouts, and goals.  We will break down what your daily caloric intake should be to hit your goals, and go even further with what your ideal macronutrient split should look like. We will also provide you with a month of healthy recipes to get you started.  

In-Home Personal Training  (For Local Clients within 15 miles of  Bothell, Wa)

If you are interested in having in-home personal training, we will work with you to come up with a plan that fits your schedule. Our personal coaching is completely tailored to you.  We will begin with an assessment to go over your goals, current fitness level, aches and pains, and movement compensations.  From there we will design a custom program just for you that will include in-person workout sessions from the comfort of your home.  Your plan will also include a complete workout schedule delivered through our custom app, and a detailed nutritional guide that gives daily calories and macronutrient (carbs, fat and protein) recommendations. In addition, we will conduct a monthly assessment to go over progress, and make program adjustments as needed. Whatever your goals may be, we are here to make sure you reach them.
