About The Body Back Method: Strong

The Body Back Method: Strong is a 12-week full-body strength program designed for postpartum moms ready to build on the foundation set in phase one (The Body Back Method: Foundation). The prior program is not required but highly recommended if you are newly postpartum, have pelvic floor dysfunction, or diastasis recti. The Body Back Method: Strong is a progressive program that guides you through weekly strength workouts that target every major muscle group, helping you regain your strength and confidence after having a baby. Each phase builds on the last, challenging you to progress safely and effectively. The program also includes a full-body barre workout each week, adding variety and enhancing stability, mobility, and tone. Please ensure you are cleared for exercise before beginning. Get ready to feel strong, empowered, and ready for all stages of motherhood!

Who is this program for?

Our program Is for anyone who has had a baby and is looking to re-strengthen their body. Please ensure you are cleared before exercise by your doctor before beginning this program. Ideally, you will have completed 6 weeks of The Body Back Method: Foundation before starting this program. 

How will this program benefit me?

The Body Back Method: Strong is a full-body strength training program designed specifically for postpartum moms. This program helps rebuild total body strength, improve stability, and combat the feeling of weakness often experienced after pregnancy and childbirth. With a progressive approach, it focuses on helping you feel strong, energized, and confident as you get back into shape and regain control of your fitness journey.

What equipment do I need for the program?

This program requires dumbbells (ideally a minimum of light, medium and heavy). a mini loop resistance band (booty band), and a foam roller. 

How soon after giving birth can I start the program?

We recommend you check with your health care provider to make sure that it is safe for you to begin an exercise program. Once you have been cleared to exercise you may begin the program. We highly recoment that you complete the first 6 weeks of The Body Back Method: Foundation before beginning this program. Remember you are responsible for your own safety.

How long will I have access to the program?

You will have access to this program for the lifetime of the program.

Is there a community or support group for participants?

Yes! We encourage you to join our private Facebook group Sculpting Strong Moms.

Can I repeat the program after the initial 12 weeks?

Absolutely! You may repeat the program as often as you like. You can continue to progress by increasing your weights/reps as you get stronger.
