Our 12 week prenatal program is what you need to stay fit and strong during pregnancy. Our program takes you through three months of workouts all designed to help you look and feel your best during pregnancy. Exercising during your pregnancy may help to:
-Reduce backaches, constipation, bloating and swelling
-Boost your mood and energy levels
-Help you sleep better
-Prevent excess weight gain
-Promote muscle tone, strength and endurance
All our workouts are designed to progress along with your changing body and include modifications as needed. You will receive 4 workouts each week (3 full body workouts and 1 full body full length barre workout). All workouts have busy moms in mind and can be completed in around 30 minutes with minimal equipment. You will also receive motivation and education each week to help you on your pregnancy journey.
