We offer in home personal training services within a 15 miles of Bothell, WA. Our one-on-one personal training takes place in the comfort of your home. As moms ourselves, we recognize that it can be difficult to get out the door with small children/babies in tow. We will come to you, and create a customized fitness plan just for you.

No Travel Involved

We bring the gym to you! Forget about loading up the kids and finding childcare, our personal training sessions take place in your home for your convenience. All our sessions can be completed with minimal equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands.

Pre/postnatal Specialist

Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, having a baby changes your body. As specialists in pre/postnatal fitness we will focus on common concerns like diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, "mummy tummy", loss of muscle tone, and more! It is never too late to address these symptoms (even if your children are grown!).

More Than Just a  Trainer

We want to be more than just your trainer. Our goal is to partner with you to reach your goals. Expect to hear from us in between sessions, receive accountability, motivation and additional education. Our goal is to see you succeed and build a partnership together.

Perimenopause/Menopause Coaching Specialists

If you are in perimenopause or menopause, we are here to help. As certified perimenopause and menopause coaching specialists, we understand how hormonal changes can affect your strength, energy, and metabolism. We design personalized fitness programs to help you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, support bone health, and manage common symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, and muscle loss. We’ll help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your body through this phase of life.

We don't believe in fad diets, quick fixes, or fitness plans that you can't stick to long term. Our approach is to create a plan that works for you long-term so that you will experience continued growth at a pace that you can keep up with. We will teach you how to incorporate fitness into your life for good!

We understand that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you want macro-based tracking or a more intuitive approach, we create nutrition guidance that fits your goals, lifestyle, and body. We’ll help you build habits that support strength, energy, and overall wellness—without extreme diets or unnecessary restrictions. Together, we make healthy eating simple, sustainable, and tailored just for you.

Personal Trainer Bothell

Our One-on-One Personal Training Includes:

  • Fitness Assessment
    A complete fitness assessment (including diastasis evaluation, screening for muscle imbalances, fitness level, and form check). We will continue to monitor your progress as we work together. 
  • A Custom Fitness Plan
    Based on your goals, fitness level, assessment results and availability, we will create a personalized workout plan.
  • One-on-One Personal Training
    We will meet with you at least once per week to complete a workout, go over proper form, touch base on goals, and answer any questions regarding your fitness plan. We will also provide you with education via videos, articles, and other resources to help you on your journey.

  • Access to the Sculpt Daily App
    In addition to your in-person training session, you will receive access to the Sculpt Daily App to access the rest of your weekly workouts. These workouts will be designed for you, your fitness level, and your availability. 
  • Nutrition Guidance
    We will work with you to provide nutrition guidance including calorie and macronutrient targets, healthy meal ideas, and recommendations to reach your specific goals. 
  • Accountability
    We will check in with you each week in addition to our in-person sessions to keep you accountable, motivate you and educate you on best practices. You also will be able to reach out with questions, or concerns as you go.

Pricing Plans

1 Month Commitment

Our monthly package includes everything listed above and four 60 minute in-home personal training sessions per month (one per week).

$600

/per month

*Additional personal training sessions can be added depending on availability at the stand alone rate of $100.00 per session.
