The Body Back Method: Strong is a 12-week full-body strength program designed for postpartum moms ready to build on the foundation set in phase one (The Body Back Method: Foundation). The prior program is not required but highly recommended if you are newly postpartum, have pelvic floor dysfunction, or diastasis recti. The Body Back Method: Strong is a progressive program that guides you through weekly strength workouts that target every major muscle group, helping you regain your strength and confidence after having a baby. Each phase builds on the last, challenging you to progress safely and effectively. The program also includes a full-body barre workout each week, adding variety and enhancing stability, mobility, and tone. Please ensure you are cleared for exercise before beginning.
