Sticking to Your Health and Fitness Goals

When we set goals, we often don’t think of the plan behind them. It is so important to have a system in place that keeps you accountable to your goals. Not having a plan, is planning to fail. So what can we do 🤷🏼‍♀️? We can set ourselves up for success by following these tips!

6 Tips to Stay Consistent

  • Schedule your workouts. When you block off time consistently it will get easier to make those workouts happen. So get that calendar out and get those workouts in there! 📆
  • Know what workout you plan to do! That way all you have to do is show up and you’ll be ready to go! Better yet, have a master workout plan in place so you know what to do and WHY you are doing it. (Don’t know where to start?  Let's chat, we'd love to help.  🏋️‍♀️
  • Plan your meals in advance. Having healthy meals scheduled and ingredients ready to go will help you stay on track.
  • Have healthy snacks ready to go so all you have to do is grab them. This will help you stop mindlessly eating, and helps avoid eating too much because you allow yourself to get too hungry. 🍎
  • Allow yourself treats now and then. Don’t punish yourself for not being perfect. Have a treat and move on. The quicker you can reset after a treat the faster you will progress! 🙌
  • Celebrate your success. Acknowledging the little victories will keep you motivated to reach the bigger goals. 🎉🍾

Remember, you are strong and capable and have the power to do whatever you sent your mind to, but have a plan!  If you need help getting a plan off the ground, we specialize in this! Check out our 8 week Reset Program and let's get you off on the right foot toward success!
