Why Sculpt Daily is right for you


Sculpt Daily is for moms by moms

We are so excited to embark on this journey!  We get your busy schedule, lack of time, and let’s be honest, sometimes even motivation.  Yet, at the end of the day you KNOW that exercise is important.  You KNOW that it has physical as well as mental benefits.  We want to bring you workouts and programs that you can do easily from anywhere.  We want to get you in and out with a workout that will take you around 30 minutes.  We have designed our programs to be challenging and progressive so that you don’t get bored or get stuck in a plateau.  Whether you workout daily and are just looking for something new to incorporate into your routine, or haven’t worked out in years, or maybe even ever, we are here to help guide and motivate you.

As we have gone through our own journey of motherhood, we are always surprised by information that is not commonly taught. We can all relate to this as moms. We all have that postpartum story that starts with “Why didn’t anyone ever tell me _______ (fill in the blank). You get it! The same thing goes for postpartum fitness, and ladies don’t

just stop reading because your youngest is 5, 15, or even 30 years old. Once postpartum ALWAYS postpartum. Maybe the problems occur right away, or maybe they take 10 years to show up, we wan’t to educate and empower you, because we DON’t have to fall victim. There are some things that we cannot control, however many times there is something we can do about it if we KNOW what to do!  Our bodies are amazing at healing themselves and through proper exercise form and posture, nutrition, sleep (this is a big one!), and mental self care we can heal or avoid some of these issues all together. Whether it's leaking of any kind (yes you heard me right, leaking any ANY kind is not normal though it may be common), neck and shoulder tension, tight hips, tight hamstrings, lower abdominal pooch (wait what, that can be helped? Yes ladies! Stick with us!), or maybe your rib cage seems to be bigger after having kids. These are NOT things you have to live with! The best part is, many times these are things you can correct from the comfort of your own home!

We are also firm believers in healthy nutrition.  What we are NOT about are fad diets (yes you can EAT CARBS and still be healthy), meal plans that you will never stick to, or deprivation.  We believe in, first and foremost eating natural and healthy food.  Eat to fuel your body, think about the NUTRIENTS your body is actually getting from what you are putting in it.  If you can be mindful of this and put it into practice regularly, you are on the right track.  Our goal is to teach you how to eat to sustain a healthy body and mind.  This doesn’t mean that our choices have to be boring.  We happen to LOVE food!  We are constantly on the hunt for healthy recipes and look forward to sharing these with you.  

Finally Sculpt Daily is here to motivate you!  We are in the throws of motherhood right along with you.  We are here to cheer you on, challenge you, and keep you focused on your goals. We want to help you attain the best version of yourself!
